If a participant cancels their registration for a course, the following cancellation conditions apply:

  • Cancellation within the legal withdrawal period (14 days after signing the contract/quotation): full refund (100%).
  • Cancellation after the withdrawal period but more than 30 days before the start of the course: reimbursement of 50% of the total amount, subject to the presentation of valid justification.
  • Cancellation within 30 days prior to the start of the course: no refund will be given.
    Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation request.

7.5 Non-Refundable Items
The following purchases are non-refundable unless required by law:

  • Digital content downloaded or viewed (for example, ebooks, software, or specific course materials).
  • Live training sessions or workshops already completed.
  • Subscription fees after the first billing cycle.

7.6 Billing and Cancelling Subscriptions
If you sign up for a recurring subscription, you will be automatically billed according to the billing cycle chosen.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings, but no refunds will be issued for the unused portion of the subscription period.
Cancellation prevents future invoicing without however giving the right to a refund of previous payments.

7.7 Payment Disputes and Disputes
Initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider without first contacting Sound Academy may result in the suspension of your account.
If a dispute is deemed fraudulent or abusive, Sound Academy reserves the right to take legal action to recover the losses incurred.
Sound Academy reserves the right to update or change this payment, refund, and cancellation policy at any time. By purchasing a service, you agree to abide by the most current version of this policy.

  • The use of photographs or videos taken during training sessions, workshops, or events for marketing, educational, or testimonial purposes;
  • Highlighting testimonials, opinions or success stories that mention your name and your experience with the Company.
    The Company guarantees that the use of this information and images will be in good faith, in accordance with professional industry standards and exclusively for the purpose of promoting and improving its services.
    If you wish to revoke this consent, you must submit a written request to contact@sound-academy.co. The Company will review your request within a reasonable period of time. However, this revocation will not apply to materials already published or broadcast prior to the request.
    For students under the age of 18, the consent of a legal guardian is required prior to any use of their name, image, or likeness.
