Exclusions des conditions de remboursement valables
Aucun remboursement ne sera accordé dans les cas suivants :

Reconnaissance des ajustements du programme de formation
Le stagiaire reconnaĂźt que le programme de formation est sujet Ă des variations et des ajustements en fonction des formateurs et des studios et quâune diffĂ©rence entre ce qui a Ă©tĂ© prĂ©sentĂ© par le commercial et le contenu effectif de l formation ne peux constituer un manquement aux obligations de lâorganisme de formation ainsi quâun motif lĂ©gitime pour une demande de remboursement
Une telle diffĂ©rence ne pourra en aucun cas ĂȘtre considĂ©rĂ©e comme un manquement aux obligations de lâOrganisme de Formation et ne constituera pas un motif lĂ©gitime pour une demande de remboursement ou une rĂ©clamation financiĂšre.
Conditions exceptionnelles de remboursement
Un remboursement pourra ĂȘtre accordĂ© uniquement dans les cas suivants :
1.â â Motif lĂ©gitime : Une circonstance exceptionnelle empĂȘchant le candidat de participer Ă la formation, notamment :
  * Maladie grave ou dĂ©cĂšs dâun proche. Une preuve devra ĂȘtre fournie par le candidat.
  * En cas de maladie, un mĂ©decin ou le directeur dâun hĂŽpital devra envoyer un e-mail officiel Ă suivi.pedagogique@gmail.com depuis une adresse vĂ©rifiable attestant de son identitĂ© et de sa profession. En cas de dĂ©cĂšs d'un proche, le candidat devrai fournir un certificat de dĂ©cĂšs Ă l'organisme de formation par e-mail ou en main propre.
2.â â IncapacitĂ© de lâOrganisme Ă dĂ©livrer la formation dans un dĂ©lai de 12 mois suivant la signature du contrat et du devis.
3.â â Cas de force majeure : Un Ă©vĂ©nement imprĂ©visible, insurmontable et indĂ©pendant de la volontĂ© du candidat ou de lâOrganisme de Formation, empĂȘchant lâexĂ©cution de leurs obligations contractuelles (ex. : catastrophes naturelles, conflits sociaux, restrictions gouvernementales).
